Empowering Through Education
One of the core principles of my practice is that knowledge is power. I believe that when patients are well-informed about their diagnosis, treatment options, and the rationale behind their care, they are more engaged, confident, and ultimately more successful in their treatment journey. I make it a priority to explain the “why” behind each step, whether we’re discussing medication, therapy options, or lifestyle changes, so you can make informed decisions and feel actively involved in your mental health care.
